Order
Advice for Do-it-Yourself Displays
Payment.
Orders will not be despatched until we have full payment. Make
cheques to Sonic Fireworks or enter your card details on our web
site, order form, over the phone. There is no Credit Card surcharge.
Delivery.
There is a flat rate delivery fee of £15.00 for all orders.
Deliveries can only be made to addresses with Post Codes beginning
with EX, PL, TA, TQ & TR and some areas of West Dorset. Deliveries
will be made either via our own vehicles or by courier between
9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. An additional charge will be made
for Saturday delivery, please contact us for details. Deliveries
will not be left unattended and require a signature. Please advise
us in advance of days that we can deliver and make sure that we
have a phone number. We reserve the right to make an additional
charge if we or the courier have to make repeated delivery attempts.
Deliveries will be made usually 10-14 days prior to your display
date.
On delivery, make sure you:

Count the number of boxes and inspect them for damage before
signing for them.
- Advise
of damaged goods and shortages of packages on delivery.

Check the actual fireworks and contents of each pack and notify
any discrepancies.
DO NOT LEAVE THIS TO THE DAY OF YOUR DISPLAY.
If any items are missing or damaged you must inform us within
7 days so we can replace them. Please note we reserve the right
to substitute items in your order if necessary. We will always
do this to an equal or greater value and we will always try to
choose the most appropriate substitution for you.
Collections.
Orders can be collected only from our party shop
in Heavitree, it is open 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Please
allow a minimum of 24 hours for stocks to be made available after
ordering. Please call free 08000 969 444 and select option 1 to
talk to the shop.
What happens next?
Once we have received your order we will confirm it with you and
issue a invoice/receipt. You will receive in due course our comprehensive
fireworks display handbook and all the free extras listed in your
pack information sheet.
Booking
Advice for Professional Displays
Payment.
Bookings will not be confirmed until we have received your 25%
deposit. The balance is due no later that 14 days prior to the
display date. Businesses and Organisations can apply for credit
please ask for details. Any other payment terms or discounts must
be agreed in writing in advance.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booking at any time. We have a sliding scale
of cancellation charges. All cancellation will have a minimum
10% fee or £50, which ever is the greater.
Cancellation by you within:

90 days of the display date. 20% of the contract is liable
for payment.

60 days of the display date. 50% of the contract is liable
for payment.
- 30
days of the display date. 100% of the contract is liable for
payment.
WE WILL REFUND ANY BALANCE OWED TO YOU.
We can cancel the booking if necessary. We will give you a minimum
of 30 days notice and we will refund all money paid to us. We
may need to keep a fee for a site visit if we have already conducted
one, this is usually £50.
What happens next?
Once we have received your booking we will confirm it with you
and issue a invoice/receipt. We will conduct in due course a site
visit and liaise with the venue where necessary.
Additional points.
We will make official notifications about the display to the CAA,
Coastguard or Local Authority where necessary but it is not our
responsibility to let neighbours know. It is also important to
note that fireworks displays produce debris across quite a large
area and it is not possible for us to clear up debris outside
of the immediate firing site.
