Do
you have the room?
The
above diagram is a guide line to sorts of distances we require
in order to fire a professional display. Below we detail some
of the things that should not be in the various zones. Please
note that all sites vary and this diagram is for guidance only.
Please call us for further advice.
Firing
Site.
Preferably
a level grass field site. No dry or cut grass as this represents
a fire hazard.
25M
Safety Zone.
This area is required around us at all times even when we set-up
and pack-up the site. No unauthorised persons allowed in this
area. No buildings or vehicles and preferably little or no bushes
or trees.
50M
Safety Zone.
This area is required around the firing site when firing. No persons,
animals, vehicles or buildings should be in this area. It is the
organisers responsibility to make sure that the safety zones are
kept free of spectators. We have no authority to evict people
from the site all we can do if the safety zone is invaded is stop
the display and make it safe.
Fall-out
Zone.
This area will depend on the wind but it is the area where hot
and cold fall-out may land. It therefore should be free from fire
hazards and vehicles. After the display we will clear the 25M
zone of kit and significant debris but we are unable to collect
any debris in the other areas.
